Don’t let your mind trick you.
When you feel bad, it doesn’t mean you’ll have a bad training session, and when you feel good, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have a great one.
The same applies to tournaments.
We shouldn’t always listen to our minds. Most of the time, we just gotta go and ignore our feelings.
I’ve had tournaments where I wasn’t feeling great and ended up having some of my best performances. And I’ve also had times when I felt great and ended up performing really badly.
The reality is that how we feel doesn’t really matter. We just need to do our homework, show up, and not let our feelings dictate our performance.

Holy SHIT,
I told my girlfriend “is his bone poking out of his thumb” but I didn’t think it actually was. Meinifield is a tough fuck yo, Jesus Christ. How do you even punch confidently like that.
DC JRE said afterwards his over self belief caused him to be flat footed & stationary which mistakenly prevented him from safely absorbing the shot
Ed Sheeran addresses the controversy surrounding Macklemore’s removal from his tour and says, “What is happening in Gaza is catastrophic and unjustifiable.”
“Before I play some songs tonight, I hope it’s okay if I say a few words about this last week,” Sheeran said at the top of Saturday’s show. “I’m used to my music being criticized, and I’m always happy to take that because I’m lucky. A lot of you like my stuff, and to be honest, I’m surprised. I’m not surprised that I’ve even done it. You know, it’s normal. But this week, the criticism was about something much more important, and I’ve had to take and make difficult decisions, and I am making mistakes, and I’m so so sorry.”
Sheeran also said he was “appalled by the conflict between Israel and Palestine,” describing the suffering caused by the war as a “human tragedy,” while explaining that he has generally sought to keep his concerts focused on “unity, joy, escapism, love” rather than his own political views.
