@EbonyBetts99 I agree! I’ve worked for leaders who chose themselves and their opinions more times than I feel they looked at the impact of the group. It can be frustrating and unnerving and lead to constant overturn of staff. A great leader is one who called others as a priority! #GSUEdLead
