@KiaCanada you’ve everyone confused saying the 2023 K5 GT (not GT line) is AWD in the Kia Canada official website spec.
I talked to multiple dealers to make sure of it and all of them said it’s only FWD. Please have it changed.

@eDreams I do not know how to start this, but you guys are really making me go through the worst experience. My return flight for the booking 7132520783 had a schedule change and neither the website nor the app is allowing me to rebook.
@eDreams and right now I had a conversation with an agent specialized in rebooking and she told me that they have requested for my refund and is asking to do a new reservation. I already had enough trouble with your team and I can't go through the hassle again. Please help me.
@eDreams, I never requested for a refund and this scheduling issue has got nothing to do with me. I want to fly back to Toronto by end of March itself. Please find me a solution on a priority basis.

7132520783 is my reference number. I’m not allowed to talk to an agent in live chat too. The phone number they are providing also says it’s switched off. I need a resolution.

@eDreams @eDreams_en I’ve been waiting for more than 2 hours now on the phone call. Couple days ago I had the same experience and when the call got finally connected to the 2nd agent, they couldn’t solve my case as they were saying the system is not responding properly.

Then just proceed with the pop up which appears and provide your informations including the reference number.

I’ve tried for many days and finally today an agent joined and trying 3 times.
They will keep kicking you out back to the chatbot, just just keep trying.

@cashtary@eDreams Same with me. I am constantly getting emails from @eDreams saying my flight’s been cancelled and to select an alternative. I’ve been selecting again and again the option they are providing and after 30 mins I’m still getting another email asking me to rebook.
So frustrating
