The real and actual dominant / super power of the gulf is now Iran and this will be difficult to change any time soon in future. Iran has mastered the missile and drone technology to an extent that no other country in the gulf can rival or achieve. Iran is ahead of all other countries in research and development and reverse engineering of the defence technology and will keep ahead because of its already established infrastructure.

Israel will have live like a regime of normal humans and will have to think twice before embarking on some illegal adventure of attacking its neighbours at will.

For your information as per “the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS)” all countries having shoreline in their borders have their international boundaries upto 12 nautical miles into the sea which is around 22 kms from the sea shore into the sea. Beyond that its international waters.

Strait of Hormuz is around 34 kms wide which when shared as international borders between Iran and Oman, there remains no international waters in Strait of Hormuz.

So far if Iran and Oman were not charging the fee for their land border waters, it was their magnanimity and it cannot be the justification to deny their rights.
