Please enforce laws and rules on the roads, especially with respect to two wheelers, cycles, etc., and encroachment on highways. That in itself will make roads safer and does not require engineering

This is a daily menace on most roads including Ballygunge Circular Rd, Beck Bagan, Rawdon St, and even Park Street.
