How does the Norwegian Olympic Federation set the bottom and top of Zone 2 (5 Zone system)?

I see LT1 inside Zone 2, which would be consistent with ~2 mmol at the top of Zone 2. However, Stephen says "lactate turnpoint" when he explains the slide.
In other slides (different presentation) the label is LTP1 and the values are lower than 2 mmol.
For three zone, @DrPhilipSkiba book places 1st dividing line at "LT", defined as 1mmol over baseline near VT1 (p20), and the next dividing line at CP or CS (p28, Figure 2.7). This lines up with the visual presentation in the video.

Qs
1 - is there a consensus on how to split the three zone system at the bottom? I understand it's a transition zone.
I read/hear LTP1, ~2 mmol, Baseline + 1 mmol and VT1
2 - when I look/listen to some other videos (Trainable Components & Endurance Training Process) I see/hear "Zone 2" ending at LTP1. I've also seen this treatment used in the UK by experienced coaches.
Does Zone 2 (5 Zone System) end at LTP1 as a Nordic/UK convention?
