Gebreil Ibrahim: We Tell Abu Dhabi’s Regime No Power on Earth Will Be Able to Impose Terrorist Janjaweed Gangs on Sudan’s Future

In one of the most powerful speeches delivered since the start of Sudan’s war, Gebreil Ibrahim, Minister of Finance and leader of the Justice and Equality Movement within the Joint Force, addressed the nation following the massacres in El Fasher, where the UAE-backed Rapid Support Militia (Janjaweed) entered the city after 267 attacks and a siege that lasted more than 550 days.

The speech came amid widespread grief and outrage over the atrocities committed against civilians after the withdrawal of the Sudanese Armed Forces. Gebreil’s words carried the weight of a nation’s sorrow and the strength of its resolve.

He began by mourning the martyrs of El Fasher: men, women, and children, describing their blood as “still flowing warm.” He prayed for their acceptance among the righteous and for patience for their families. He saluted the defenders of El Fasher al-Sultan, calling them lions who fought with courage and honor despite limited resources, and said their steadfastness formed a wall protecting what remains of the homeland.

Gebreil reminded the world that what happened in El Fasher was not a surprise but the result of international silence that has encouraged crimes before — in Rwanda, Geneina, Wad Al-Noura, and Srebrenica. He said that the same silence today has become a weapon in the hands of the aggressors.

“Silence became an incentive for committing genocides and carrying them on. The fig leaf has fallen from the nakedness of false humanitarian slogans. But it doesn’t matter; the Sudanese people alone will respond to the criminals and traitors.”

He directed harsh criticism at humanitarian and international institutions, saying the tragedy in Sudan has gone beyond the limits of relief. “The dead do not eat,” he said, condemning those who rush to send aid to areas under militia control while ignoring the displaced in safer regions. He declared that Sudan would no longer accept double standards in dealing with its people’s suffering.

Turning to the Sudanese people, Gebreil reminded them that external support has limits and that Abu Dhabi’s interference in Sudan’s affairs aims to redraw the map of the entire region. He affirmed that the Sudanese people’s unity and will remain stronger than any foreign project seeking to dismantle their country.

“This scheme will be buried, God willing, by our people’s resolve, unity, conscience, and action. We must all rise to the scale of the challenge and mobilize all the country’s and people’s capabilities to prepare for the greatest struggle in Sudan’s history.”

Addressing his comrades in the regular forces and supporting units, Gebreil said all share responsibility for the failure to relieve El Fasher. He called for a full review of planning and execution to correct past shortcomings and emphasized that unity is the stronghold that prevents national collapse.

He then addressed the nation’s enemies with words that resonated deeply:

“Whoever thinks this blow will push us to abandon our rights or accept a crippled roadmap betrays a misunderstanding of this people’s nature; their night will be long. We warn them that they will find us firmer and more determined than ever, and no power on earth will be able to impose the presence of terrorist gangs on Sudan’s future.”

He turned to the bereaved, the wounded, and the displaced, acknowledging their immense suffering and assuring them that Sudan would never forget their sacrifices. He said the massacres have awakened the nation’s spirit and that, by God’s will, this anger will transform into strength and victory against the Janjaweed militia and their foreign backers.

In his closing prayer, Gebreil called on Allah to accept the martyrs, heal the wounded, free the captives, return the missing to their families, grant victory to the defenders, and protect the heroic soldiers on the frontlines.

Gebreil Ibrahim’s speech was a national declaration of resolve and defiance. Every word carried the conviction that Sudan’s destiny will not be dictated by foreign powers, and that those who armed and financed terror will one day face the consequences.

الحارث إدريس يفضح أمام مجلس الأمن دور الإمارات في تأجيج الحرب وارتكاب الفظائع في السودان

في حق رد قوي وغير مسبوق أمام مجلس الأمن الدولي، وجّه مندوب السودان الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة، السفير الحارث إدريس، اتهاماً مباشراً إلى دولة الإمارات بشن حرب عدوانية بالوكالة ضد السودان عبر مليشيا الدعم السريع (الجنجويد) التي تمولها وتسلحها وتدير عملياتها سياسياً وإعلامياً. وجاء رده الحاد على مداخلة ممثل الإمارات ليكشف بالأدلة الموثقة حجم التورط الإماراتي في إشعال الحرب وتنفيذ المجازر بحق المدنيين، خاصة في مدينة الفاشر.

استهل السفير الحارث إدريس كلمته قائلاً: «لا توجد حرب أهلية في السودان، بل هي حرب وعدوان تشنه الإمارات عبر وكيلها الإقليمي مليشيا الدعم السريع»، مؤكداً أن تصوير ما يجري على أنه صراع داخلي بين طرفين متكافئين هو سردية مضللة تهدف إلى إخفاء العدوان الخارجي على السودان.

وأضاف في لهجة حازمة: «أستغرب كيف يُسمح لممثل دولة تلطخت أيديها بدماء الأبرياء في السودان أن يخاطب هذا المجلس الموقر وكأنها دولة حريصة على السلام، بينما هي تموّل وتسلّح المليشيا التي تقتل الأطفال والنساء وتدمّر المدن السودانية بسلاحها وأموالها».

واستند إدريس إلى تقارير استقصائية نشرتها صحيفتا “وول ستريت جورنال” و”ذا غارديان”، بالإضافة إلى مختبر البحوث الإنسانية بجامعة ييل الأمريكية، مؤكداً أنها كشفت تنسيقاً مباشراً بين خبراء عسكريين في شرق ليبيا ومركز قيادة بالأقمار الصناعية في أبوظبي لإدارة العمليات العسكرية على الأراضي السودانية.

وأوضح أن التقارير كشفت عن شحنات أسلحة وأنظمة تصويب ورادارات ومحركات لمركبات مدرعة صُنعت خصيصاً للإمارات، وتم نقلها إلى مليشيا الدعم السريع. كما أشار إلى أن «قنوات تلفزيونية ليبية أكدت رصد أكثر من عشر طائرات عسكرية يومياً بين الإمارات وشرق ليبيا في الفترة من 25 إلى 26 أكتوبر، قبيل الهجوم الأخير على الفاشر».

كما نقل إدريس عن مختبر جامعة ييل تأكيده وقوع عمليات قتل جماعي في مدينة الفاشر بين 26 و28 أكتوبر داخل المستشفى السعودي، حيث «تمت تصفية جميع المرضى والعاملين بطريقة وحشية على يد مليشيا الدعم السريع، واختُطف عدد من الأطباء والعاملين الصحيين».

وأكد السفير أن ما تقوم به الإمارات يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لميثاق الأمم المتحدة وميثاق جامعة الدول العربية ولقرارات مجلس الأمن التي تحظر دعم الجماعات المسلحة والإرهابية. وتساءل قائلاً: «كيف يمكن لدولة تتحدث عن السلام داخل هذه القاعة، بينما تملأ سماء السودان بالطائرات والذخيرة وترسلها إلى من يقتلون النساء والأطفال وينهبون المدن ويغتصبون الفتيات؟»

واتهم إدريس الإمارات بالسعي إلى تفكيك السودان والسيطرة على جزء من أراضيه لنهب ثرواته وذهبه، قائلاً: «السودان الذي وقف إلى جانب الشعب الإماراتي منذ تأسيس دولته لن ينسى أن أبوظبي كانت في طليعة من تنكروا لهذا الإحسان وتآمروا على وحدة السودان واستقراره».

وأوضح إدريس القوات المسلحة السودانية قائلاً إنها «المؤسسة التي قاتلت إلى جانب الحلفاء وبريطانيا في معارك إريتريا وإثيوبيا وشمال أفريقيا خلال الحربين العالميتين الأولى والثانية، فهل يُعقل أن تُستبدل هذه المؤسسة العريقة بميليشيا همجية ترتكب المجازر أمام أعين العالم؟»

وفي ختام كلمته، قال إدريس إن الإمارات ستبقى في ذاكرة الشعب السوداني رمزاً للخيانة السياسية والانحراف الأخلاقي، مؤكداً أن «ممثلها كان الأجدر به أن يجلس تحت قبة المليشيا التي تمولها بلاده، لا تحت قبة مجلس الأمن».

ورغم الجراح والدمار، شدد إدريس على أن الشعب السوداني سيبقى صامداً ومتمسكاً بسيادته ووحدته الوطنية، مضيفاً: «لن تكسر إرادتنا لا أموال الإمارات ولا سلاحها ولا تواطؤ حلفائها. فالسودان الذي واجه الاستعمار والطغيان وانتصر عليهما، سيهزم العدوان الإماراتي كما هزم كل غازٍ قبله».

وختم السفير الحارث إدريس كلمته برسالة صريحة قال فيها:
«أمام الغزو الإماراتي، لا سبيل أمامنا سوى شعار البندقية دفاعاً عن الكرامة والوطن.»
لقد أكدت كلمات السفير الحارث إدريس أن السودان لن يركع أمام الهيمنة الأجنبية، وأن المعركة اليوم ليست فقط مع مليشيا متمردة، بل مع مشروع استعماري جديد تقوده أبوظبي بوجه معاصر.
