Democrats created the housing crisis by flooding our communities with illegal aliens. Now the construction all over MA is out of control, and if that isn’t bad enough, Julian Cyr is pushing S.3157, a bill that would end single-family zoning by allowing duplexes by right in any neighborhood.

Once you destroy single-family zoning and pave over open space, there’s no undo button. The damage to places like Cape Cod will be irreversible.
