One local business's website takes 8.8 seconds to load on a phone.
Last night my AI team rebuilt the homepage. Under 2.5 seconds.
Then it did four more.
Most agencies open with a proposal.
I'd rather open with the website.

@kushmergedeck Hi Kush ! Currently i am running an agency https://t.co/EqZqwTBLEe where we are making consumer apps in fitness category. and also making business apps for SME and MSME's along with that i have also made my own products like a MRP Discount App for Shopify, Jugaad HQ -My AI Office
Hi Guys ! One thing i have realized over a couple of months. I am really good at building. Can build apps, websites, automations.
But what i am not good at is getting clients. If anyone feels that they are good at getting clients or have clients i can collaborate with you.
Every extra tap in an app is one more chance to change your mind.
So last night my AI team made "Take a photo" in a fitness app open the camera straight away.
Now the only thing between a member and her progress photo is the mirror.

8:12 pm: my AI team planned a coach dashboard for a fitness app.
11:26 pm: built. All 5 jobs done.
1:28 am: reviewed, fixed and approved.
Somewhere an agency is still booking the kickoff call.

Your next customer might never Google you. They'll just ask ChatGPT.
So at 2 am my AI team was adding answers to my app's website, for ChatGPT to read.

@NadyaVoynich Hi Nadya !
This is Atish from India. Currently running my own Agency https://t.co/EqZqwTBLEe ! Would love to connect with you ! We can surely collaborate and work on projects together.
Most Indian businesses still run like this:
Orders on WhatsApp.
Stock in Excel.
Accounts in Tally.
An ERP everyone works around.
Everything else in the owner's head.
That excuse is gone. Your business can have its own software. One place, built your way.
Where does yours live?
My AI team emailed marketing agencies about my app. One replied yesterday. They want to sell me ads for it. I got cold emailed by my own cold email campaign. Reasonable pitch, to be fair. I did not see that one coming.
At 6:42 pm I sent one message to my college alumni group. By 9:50 pm a factory owner wanted production tracking software. By 1 am my AI team had a test version online for him, behind a password. I ran a factory for 8 years, so I know how long this usually takes.
Day 1 of showing how I run my company with 12 AI employees. Last night my team planned an app design, split it into 4 jobs and finished all 4 in 18 minutes. By 2 am the review page was sent to the client. Tomorrow I'll show you who is on the team.
1:54 am: I approved a video for YouTube. 1:55 am: it was uploaded. Private for now. My AI team does not sleep, which is useful. It also means I can no longer blame "the team was off" when something is late.
My AI team built a Book a call page for Jugaad Studio yesterday. To test it, they booked a fake call with themselves for Saturday 9:15 pm. Name on the booking: HQ Test Booking. I have employed people who tested less carefully.
