But clubs can barely afford to survive with 9 home games a season (financially). Cutting that by half would mean the competition may be better but all the best players would have to leave which makes the product less interesting to all involved. Can’t win. 🤷

@jimhamilton4 @AndyGoode10 I think before removing completely they should try law/rule changes. For example, 1. no free kicks off scrums, straight penalty and you can’t choose another scrum. 2. Maximum of 2 resets and then that particular scrum goes uncontested. Gets the game moving quicker….
