Not sure how @ATGTICKETS can replace my tickets with limited legroom tickets and says it’s an alternative to my orogjnal booking. The theatre hasn’t changed so where are my origjnal seats that I chose specifically????

@rachelkeenan @ATGTICKETS My gut feeling is because some peole have already requested refunds previously therefore leaving gaps etc so they are moving our renaming bookings around to suit, unless the theatre has lost hundreds of seats due to Covid restrictions 🤨

@fruitdance @ATGTICKETS It’s very poor, I more than understand dates changes etc and I was happy to have paid a year ago and support them by not refunding but these feels a little cheeky. I have emailed as well but have a feeling my original seats will already be taken.
