@Mr_Andrew_Fox The officer in charge during his time in Afghan was the Chief of the Defence Force - a lone 4 star post in the ADF. That is the real issue, and something that has been completely neglected by this investigation. Where is the accountability. That is my issue with this.

@Mr_Andrew_Fox The bigger issue with the ADF in Afghan is that it was government policy to overtly use SASR due to risk management reasons. This caused a toxic warrior culture and the troopers lacked command and control. Not to say BRS did not commit wrong acts but it was overlooked by command
