1. I had a secure loan with Regions
2. I paid the loan in full with Regions through my Regions account
3. I was told today I have to provide proof to Regions that I paid the loan off, although the loan account is closed

@RegionsBank the payments were made from within the bank to the bank and now I have to show proof of payment to the bank which the proof comes from the bank, although the bank said I paid the loan in full which is reflected in my account

@Enterprise sucks! so don’t rent from Enterprise because if you do and you don’t like the customer service and you report the branch, then the branch will then retaliate against you by giving you crappy cars, knowing that nothing is going to be done #treatcustomerbad
