@311Toronto last week the sidewalk plow pulled up and broke whatever metal cover was on this city hole. Someone has put something in there so people won’t trip, but it would be good to get it covered again. Thanks.
@311Toronto Maybe they are waiting to fix this, but the constant water bubbling up from the underground is causing an ice issue for pedestrians and cars. You can see the open bit is the water coming up from under the road.
@311Toronto for quite a few weeks puddles have been forming in this area at the intersection of Lakeshore and Thirteenth. Worried that it is more than rain/snow as it never drys up and it’s getting larger. Thanks.
@311Toronto I know the sidewalk plows are still working, but this is what the sidewalk on Lakeshore looks like seconds after I saw the sidewalk plow go by. Whoever does south Etobicoke has not improved since the mess of last winter or years before.
@311Toronto there is a bunch of trash outside a store that closed. Can it be picked up as it is blowing around? South west corner of Lakeshore and tenth.
@TTChelps just a note. The 10:37am 110C going north, just by passed 2 stops by not coming down Twelfth to Garnett Janes. Please tell that driver to follow the correct route. Thank you.
@TTChelps when will the work at Kipling subway station be complete? Every year you seem to be closing off the same sections. But this year even worse making it so challenging for passengers to access the station. When will the passengers entrances be open again?
@breakfasttv there are a few of us chatting about the team you have in place this week. They have the best chemistry and make BT enjoyable again. Devo and Mel should be your permanent hosts. Love this team.
@TTCnotices how long is the construction going on for the 507 on Lakeshore west? I don’t see anything on X or your site about it and got stuck in it yesterday with the bus replacements. Thanks.
@MayorOliviaChow Thank you for noticing how bad the sidewalk snow removal has been. It has been bad for years, but this year is the worst ever. Little or no effort has been made since the snow 2 weekends ago.
Sidewalk snow removal in South Etobicoke is basically nonexistent. Major sidewalks haven’t seen a plow in days. Huge snow banks, then sidewalks just as bad or worse. And forget about accessibility. Come Toronto, do better. @cityoftoronto@MayorOliviaChow@311Toronto
@311Toronto I know you’re busy still clearing snow but there are some areas along Lakeshore between Kipling and Twelfth that need some additional clearing. As some are blocking pedestrian views. And are very far from curbs. And sidewalks along Twelfth and Garnett Janes also. Thx
