@ChickfilA You need to get your team to fix the app. It's causing multiple withdrawals trying to reload cards. My attempt to load $32 resulted in over $150 being charged, and Lauren on the CARES line says it's an known problem, my overdrawn bank account and I just have to wait.

Apparently, @verizon@VerizonSupport@verizonfios 's computer system is SO SMART that the actual humans that work there can't do anything to assist long-time customers with basic customer service requests. Amazing. @comcast@Xfinity , we'll be calling soon.
