Ever wonder who called you? There's a new #Amazon #Alexa skill called #PhoneHero that you can use to see if a phone number is #spam and lookup the caller's name. Check it out at https://t.co/TdswBn6GPS #AlexaSkills @AmazonEcho

Senator Eric Schmitt (R-MO) calling Jack Smith a “DirtBag” and then holding up boards that make blatantly false, poorly researched & swiftly disputed claims about Smith trying to pull off a failed gotcha moment

ERIC SCHMITT IS A FUCKING CLOWN!

SCHMITT IS THE REAL DIRTBAG!

My preference is to not get pulled over.

Your current options are simply not good enough for rural texas.

When approaching a lower speed limit the car needs to be at that speed limit *before* passing the sign. Texas HPs camp the damn signs around here. I’ve been pulled over 3x on FSD.

[Brandon Richards @atobrandon]

@AndrewGupta @aelluswamy Love this!! Mic drop. 😂

[tesladriverperson @tesladriver2022]

I want max speed control back!!!!! There are so many situations that I now cannot use full self drive because I want to go slower than Sloth… Like in the country at night where there are tons of deer… Sometimes I have to go 20 miles an hour under the 55mph speed limit because there are so many deer. Or, the other night, coming home from my friends house… watch this video…

[John K - EV John Adventures @Its_EV_John]

@aelluswamy @DavidMoss My implied preference changes based on the situation. Just let me set my max speed and use the compute on something else. If max speed control is an anti pattern, so is choosing a driving profile.

[Talos Dreams @TalosDreams]

@aelluswamy We don't want max speed control, we want to be able to specify our desired speed given conditions and knowledge or desires we have that FSD doesn't know, when FSD has deviated far from them.

Please explain how you can achieve "better learning of user's implied preferences" when you have completely excommunicated the user and their input from the process.

I'm sorry, but this is utter nonsense.

[Brandon Richards @atobrandon]

@BLSmith2112 @aelluswamy @DavidMoss You can still press the microphone button to send a voice clip. I do it literally every day on my commute since the speed controls were taken from us. I usually repeat the word speed over and over in the hopes they use a word count to prioritize issues. Anti pattern be damned!

[The EV Boomer @TheEVBoomer]

@aelluswamy @SawyerMerritt @DavidMoss Respectfully doing 60 in a 55, then the limit drops to 40 for a construction zone, it recognizes the limit on the screen, but car remains 60. To me that is an anti pattern. One that requires disengaging. Speeding in construction zones has higher penalties. Sorry, that’s my 2c.

[Bradley T. Meat @BradleyInKona]

@aelluswamy @DavidMoss Smartypants terms like "anti pattern" don't change the fact this effing thing will hit 72 MPH in a 45 zone. It will exceed the speed limit by a wide marge in Standard, Hurry, and Mad Max. That's why people are legitimately concerned and want some semblence of control back.

[DrKnowItAll @DrKnowItAll16]

I've always said if/when I got a speeding ticket while @Tesla FSD was driving--without the ability for me to directly adjust the speed myself--I'd ask Tesla to pay the ticket. Well here you go, Tesla.*

[Quinn Nelson @SnazzyLabs]

FSD: “I shall never even think about rolling through a stop sign—even at 1MPH—for that is illegal.”

Also FSD: “Yeah, the speed limit is 25MPH but since I’m in hurry mode, I’m gonna go 41MPH. Speeding is lawful and good.”

Is there a better commercial for Rank Choice Voting than what is going on with the Speaker's vote in the House ? The current system, from primary to generals to speaker voting, empowers the extremes to the expense of constituants. Time to change

This doesn’t sound like a slip from someone who talks about Hitler approvingly. Even if it was, “white life” is clearly on her mind & is the direction she & the MAGA GOP want to take this country.

Men, if you don’t loudly reject this crap you’re endorsing what they stand for
