This weekend, we concluded a two-day workshop on AI for Public Sector, in partnership with FAST University, Islamabad.

AI is changing how governments work, make decisions and deliver public services. But using AI as an individual is very different from deploying AI systems in government departments. The latter requires a deeper understanding of technology, security, governance and institutional needs.

This was the focus of our workshop. How can public officials use AI to improve productivity and efficiency? And how can government departments move beyond individual AI tools to design and implement government-grade AI systems?

The training covered AI productivity, agentic AI, workflow automation and the design of AI systems for public sector applications.

Sessions were led by atomcamp co-founder Dr. Naveed Iftikhar, VP Engineering Dr. Umair, and faculty members from FAST University.

We are grateful to the participants from various federal and provincial government organizations who placed their trust in atomcamp and FAST. It was an excellent cohort, with great curiosity, thoughtful discussions and a strong interest in putting AI into practice.

At atomcamp, our work goes beyond AI awareness. We help organizations build AI capabilities through structured upskilling, hands-on training and the design and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

We will continue offering such programs across Pakistan. Government departments can also reach out to us for dedicated training and AI solutions tailored to their institutional needs.

PSEB-DEPLOY: AI-powered tech bootcamps.

A great initiative by the @TechDestPak @MoitOfficial, @ShazaFK @GovtofPakistan to train over around 4000 professional in advanced technologies.

Every fresh tech graduate or any employee of a tech company can enroll in any of the ten bootcamps. @atomcamp will conduct AI and Cyber Security Bootcamps. Other tech companies in the consortium will be leading the other techmologies such as gaming, DevOps, Database among others.
