@311Toronto There's "Was the whole street missed?", if you select No, you get the following form but if you select Yes to "Are you reporting a missed pick-up before 5 p.m. on your scheduled collection day?" you are told to wait until after 5pm

@311Toronto FYI- the only options to the ? "Are you reporting a missed pick-up before 5 p.m. on your scheduled collection day?" are Yes or No. There is not an N/A option to select. Anyway, I selected No and submitted the request
