Thoughtful products, made in Bristol. Meet Sprig: fresh microgreens for everyday kitchens. Design experiments, growing tips and small things with possibility.
@WildFlower_Tr The bush squash is the one I’m curious about. A photo now and another once it fills out would tell the space-saving story better than dimensions.
@unexpectedmaker@optoio That’s the export I was hoping for. Keeping the event and power history together should make it much easier to explain a failed test run.
Happy Linux Day! 🐧
Linux helped democratize software. Arduino brought that same spirit to hardware. Now, together, they’re helping developers turn big ideas into tangible solutions with robotics, computer vision, and edge AI.
From intelligent companion robots to autonomous assistants, discover how Linux, Arduino UNO Q, and VENTUNO Q are bringing open-source innovation to life. https://t.co/wSuHDVYGtJ
@zarath_dev For the first end-to-end demo, I’d deliberately restart the ESP32 and interrupt Wi-Fi. Seeing how it recovers would be more useful than another uninterrupted stream of readings.
@keplerccccc The human-in-the-loop note in the README is useful. Seeing one correction from a person alongside the agent’s next revision would make a great worked example.
We gave Claude and GPT a phone video of a robot wiping. In an hour, each built a full-dynamics digital twin.
Introducing RoboSimStudio 🤖: an open and interactive toolkit for Agentic Robotics, enabling Fable, Astra and Argon AI agents to model sponges 🧽, cables 🧵 and cloth 👔.
@MakerIO I’d save a photo of the component markings alongside the board revision in repair notes. A little more useful to the next person than “old amplifier”.
@troy_mccann The material-performance data sounds especially worth following. Will designers be able to see which combinations have been physically tested, rather than only simulated?
@WildFlower_Tr Quite a dinner menu in one tray. I’d be interested to see which varieties earn their space once you’ve compared the harvest with the room they take up.
@jewelnathdev That makes the fabrication choice part of the alignment solution. A useful detail to include in the build log, especially alongside what the welded version taught you.
@MicrochipTech For the gesture-controlled hands on your Rome programme, can visitors change the gesture mapping themselves? That would make the connection between sensing and movement much easier to explore.
@lukas_m_ziegler The test I’d find most useful is a second motion the model hasn’t seen. Matching the original clip and predicting a new interaction are different milestones.
@AlexTench The printed town gives people a shared reference point while the screen adds the timeline. A more interesting use of AR than making the whole exhibit disappear behind a tablet.
