If it was McLaren that broke the budget cap, I don’t think the FIA should be too harsh on them.

Some small punishment, let’s say, 50 WCC points deducted from 2024 and a 50% reduction in ATR for 2026, along with a $100m fine and disqualification from 2025’s WCC.

Just a small, straightforward penalty like that should suffice… 🤝
