@sophielouisecc Fluids. Plenty of.
Doesn’t have to just be water, can be squash. Avoid fizzy drinks though as the fizz can make your stomach ache more and don’t drink anything with too much sugar in as that can make you poop more.
You can take paracetamol for any discomfort.

@AVintenAuthor Looks like these people are responding to things you wrote in the past so why are you allowed to speak about them but when they speak about you, you report them? My understanding is you blocked them & them you so why and how are you looking at what they say?
