Alright @TruistNews what do I do? Husband got a call asking if charges were fraud. He said yes and was transferred to fraud dept. After over 1hr on hold he was told that dept only handles debit cards and was given 800 number. I'm 2.5 hours in now with no hold music. Anyone there?

@TruistNews I have been on hold for 1.5 hours with no end in sight. Fraud on my credit card. Branch in person was no help. This is unacceptable. Used the menu to select fraud. Talked to rep after 1.25hr and was just transfered to fraud. HELP
