I see a lot of traders look down upon smaller wins. $100 or even $500 seems "little". Likely because they never had to work for it or their concept of money is skewed.

Yes, for someone $100 might not be a lot. But that doesn't mean they should diminish it or judge a trader by their pnl. Judge them by their win % and knowledge.

And most importantly, a big pnl does not mean a new trader will be able to replicate it. It just builds an unrealistic expectation that they can quickly.
