I studied with Freedom Cole, and I never heard him teach that “vargottama salvages the worst placement.” His teaching consistently emphasized weighing all the conditions of a planet together: strength, dignity and affliction coexist, and no single factor replaces proper analysis.
If you have a specific passage or lecture in mind, please quote it and provide the reference so we can assess it in context. Naming teachers alongside a sweeping statement, without showing that they actually teach it, is not a fair representation of their work.
Technical disagreement is welcome. Suggesting that their students have “never cared to learn from a good astrologer or a good book” is disparaging and adds nothing to the argument. We should be able to discuss differences in interpretation with accuracy and basic professional respect.
CLAIRE NAKTI @ClaireNakti HAS DONE IT AGAIN. My God…absolutely blown away by her latest Citrā Nakṣatra video on political assassinations, martyrdom and people who become symbols. It is 💯/ 💯.
Very well done. This is the kind of hyper-focused Nakṣatra research I love. 👏🏽

A benefic planet already in plenty of strength can start causing harm when strengthened further through a gemstone, assuming another graha isn’t trying to dominate it. Too much of anything is bad.
"Jesus said: I am the light that is over all things. I am all: from me all came forth, and to me all attained. Split a piece of wood; I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there."
— Gospel of Thomas
"Know the Self as the rider in a chariot, and the body as simply the chariot. Know the intellect as the charioteer, and the mind as simply the reins. The senses, they say, are the horses, and sense-objects are the paths they tread."
— Katha Upanishad (1.3.3–4)
So many great Sidereal Astro conferences lately , recently we had the BAVA 30th Anniversary Conference, now ISAA, later in the year the Parashara Conference also coming up … ❤️🫶🏽
Pitru Paksha is here. This 16-day period is when the souls of our ancestors are said to be closest to us, offering a chance to clear karmic debts, connect with our roots, and receive their blessings. 🧵
Today is the Purnima of Pitru Paksha.
Although Pitru Paksha begins tomorrow, today is observed as its Purnima.
Tonight, light a diya in the name of your ancestors and, under the moonlight, chant this mantra 11 times:
“Pitru Ganaya Vidmahe
Jagat Dharine Dhimahi
Tanno Pitaro Prachodayat.”
The life we are living today exists because of our ancestors we are part of their bloodline and carry their lineage forward.
Sanatan Dharma has always taught us to honor and express gratitude towards our Pitrs.
They are also believed to protect and guide their descendants.
So, on this sacred Purnima, remember your ancestors with gratitude, respect, and devotion. 🪔
"Besides, considering your duty as a warrior, you should not waver. Indeed, for a warrior, there is no better engagement than fighting for upholding of righteousness."

Full Moon in Uttara Bhādrapadā 🌕
There are two beds in the lunar zodiac. The Phalgunīs give us the creative sex bed: conjugal union and the beauty and joy of two becoming one. As we enter sidereal Pisces through the Bhādrapadās, the symbolism changes.
Pisces dreams. Virgo examines. Saturn makes us face what remains.
Full Moons reveal, and sometimes what they reveal is difficult. Ahirbudhnya’s invitation is not simply to surrender, but to descend deeply enough to discover what is actually underneath the story.
