@zomato Order#5912456832. Chicken Reshmi Kabab from Aminia, Bangur, Kolkata. The meat is hard, rotten and smelly. Zomato says food quality is restaurant's responsibility and shrugs off. This is harassment. I have paid Zomato, not the restaurant! Please refund or replace the food.

Horrible experience with online medicine order. 2 instances in 2days where order marked Delivered but not delivered, no calls/msg from delivery partner.

Got luchi-sabji and hot gulab jamun delivered today, all stale and spoilt and smelling of sanitizer, can instantly make someone sick. When complaining, Swiggy says they can refund 72/- max. Unacceptable. Want a full refund or replacement.
