@ATSGREENSLTD I had booked a flat in ATS Tourmaline in 2017 with a promise by ATS to deliver the unit in October 2018. It is almost 2 years now that I am yet to get possession after paying full amount. God ! please give strength to ATS to deliver and wisdom to buyers to take correct decisions.

@ATSGREENSLTD I had paid almost the full amount almost 3 years back with a promise to deliver by Sept. 2018. The possession is no where in site at ATS Tourmalene. We invested keeping their pass track record and reputation of intime delivery. We now feel frustrated and cheated. Please deliver.

ATS ads around on time delivery are farce. They have different possession dates given to different people in the same tower!!?!! We need our home. As per BBL, interest before possession will be borne BY @ATSGREENSLTD . Please honour BBL and confirm the timeline to get possession.

ATS must pay Pre EMI as per committments to all buyers. ATS team should pay attention to marigold project & ensure it gets delivered on time to loyal customers. ATS can very well do it. Initiate dialogues with us/meet us & buildup trust to buyers.. It's high time so do it immedie

The delivery of the marigold project has been delayed without any justifiable reasons. ats authorities are keeping us oblivious about the occurrences of the project.
Indulgence by the top ats management is required forthwith.

ATS is defaulting on pre EMI leaving banks chasing buyers for payment. Most projects are delayed beyond timelines with no insight on construction status. Buyers make sure that you are not duped by ATS as were we.
