Back 2019 when I was working an ICT role in Enugu there’s this girl that normally comes to my office to say Hi, when she comes around she greets everyone then lastly me in my office before she leaves

A lady in my unit kept telling me, “that girl likes you, you keep ignoring her, this is how women toast, don’t you know?” I disagreed, I insisted she’s just a nice person that comes around to greet everyone

Now this is where it gets interesting 😅

The lady called me one day that she was stranded and needed a place to stay, suggested a female friend for her but she declined then I said no problem, I mean it’s just two nights

She cooked, we ate, we saw a movie and gist

PS: I may be a bad guy but I’m not an opportunist, I’m never the type to pull a funny move on a lady who is “stranded” so my thinking didn’t even go to that direction

Now it’s past 1am, time to sleep I asked her if she sleeps lights on or off and she hissed the loudest hiss I’ve ever heard in my life and then she murmured

“you will just be forming, mstchewww”

I was dumbfounded, so I went outside to receive fresh air & analyze what exactly is going on, then I remembered what the office lady told me.

So I went back and ate the snail meat she prepared for me, I really thought I was the host, shocking to realize i was hosted & toasted in my own apartment 😭😂
