Key features of McClellan Oscillator
• it is a market breadth indicator (based on the # of advances and declines on an index)
• indicator reading > 0 --> rise in index; reading < 0 --> decline in index
• significant change (> 100) indicates strong reversal is underway

Also, more competition is healthy for the payments ecosystem.
