@atherenergy @tarunsmehta Ather has given a perfect example of how pathetic customer service can be, I raised a complaint of a faulty charger within warranty. Still I am awaiting a resolution even after 2 weeks and the complaint team is not even responsible to callback.

@HP @amazonIN @amazon @JeffBezos The laptop I ordered was a HP backlit laptop but when amazon delivered it, it wasn't backlight compatible and it's wrong and fake information amazon is providing attaching the customer service chat where also it states backlit, pathetic amazon

@AmazonHelp This is not the first time it has happened i have escalated the last time when the delivery agent left the parcel somewhere on the road and asked me to collect it that too via a text message and not even a call. This was on my previous order it happened
