Did the Ford government lie to the people of our province, to families and kids across the GTA, to close the Ontario Science Centre?
The building is still standing. The only thing falling apart are their weak excuses.

This is why your child is not getting Educational Assistant support.
This is why there is no Spec Ed Teacher to help your child catch up on basic math or literacy skills.
This is why the ventilation in your child’s classroom is not working.

The failure to protect farmland now threatens Ontario’s food sovereignty and our $50 Billion food and farming economy that employs 875,000 people.
We're losing too much farmland too quickly; 319 acres every day.
It's time to establish a Foodbelt to protect Ontario's farmland.

Good Friday Massacre:
Ontario's @FordNation government has introduced a bill (Bill 5) to Ontario's Endangered Species Act. If passed, it would mark the end of most meaningful provincial protections for endangered species in Ontario.

Ontario's housing starts are 36% lower than the rest of Canada.
@fordnation failed to build the 1.5 million homes his government promised. Right now, 81,515 Ontarians are homeless.
But instead of building housing, his party has signalled that they will criminalize homelessness.
"For-profit care, even when publicly funded, leads to higher costs and worse patient outcomes. For-profit clinics are incentivized to prioritize people who are wealthier and healthy, less expensive to treat, and provide larger profit-margins".

Emergency departments had a record no. of closures last yr, even worse than the 1,199 closures of emerg departments, urgent care centres & more in 2023. Before 2018 when the Ford govt took power, emerg department closures were almost unheard of.

Wait times for admission from an Emergency Department to a bed are at a 13 year high. 1,850 patients are on stretchers in hospitals waiting for beds- up from 850 when Premier Ford promised to end hallway medicine in 2018.

By Sept 2O24, the highest number ever – 2,OOO patients on avg each day – were waiting on stretchers in hospital hallways. This is more than double the number in 2O18 when the Ford govt was elected.

The citizens of the town of Thessalon will march from their closed hospital to Highway 17 tomorrow afternoon to demand its re-opening. All of us should cheer on a community that demands an open ER and a functioning hospital in the face of Ford government underfunding.
My commitment is I will fight to put you and your community first.
Greens are running local champions who will fight for fairness and be your voice at Queen's Park, not the leaders' voice in the riding.
On February 27, vote Green.
#Onelxn debate recap: The crisis in family medicine was the first topic of the night. While it was promising to hear leaders discuss their plans to address this, we are still missing real solutions for other key challenges facing patients and physicians. #ONhealth
Ontario’s doctors are asking all Party Leaders to prioritize patient care.
2.5M Ontarians lack a family doctor—soon 4M.
EDs are closing due to doctor shortages.
Wait times are among the worst globally.
@fordnation@BonnieCrombie@MikeSchreiner@MaritStiles — What’s your plan?
Premier Doug Ford says at a fireside chat that he believes government spends too much.
"Government doesn't have an income problem, governments have a spending problem," he says.
Ford has the most expensive office, largest cabinet and biggest budget in provincial history.
Breaking: A delegation of health workers sent Doug Ford an open letter today raising concerns from over 600 health workers across Ontario over the cruel and deadly decision to close supervised consumption sites in Ontario. Press release attached. #onpoli
Fellow Ontario tax payers - please like and retweet if you would rather $3.2 Billion be invested in public services, like education, healthcare, ODSP, support for autism families, than be dolled out in one-time $200 pre-election bribes by Doug Ford. #onpoli#onted#cdpoli
With the exception of the sacred fire, Allan Gardens is being cleared today. No one is receiving housing. Seven people have accepted shelter beds. Two will simply be displaced to nowhere. I can''t stress this enough: in no way has homelessness been "solved" by this action.

What is this man talking about?
Without the protected bike lanes on Bloor, I'd have no safe way to make it home from work in time to collect my kid from daycare. Cycling saves me 20 minutes faster vs. the TTC - and a separated lane means I can use my bike year round.
