@stevefriend@FBI@Kash_Patel Steve - you are going to have to explain how this precluded Barrett from getting the death penalty...I don't think the state even sought the death penalty in this case.
@SgtMattingly@dojphofficial Glad the officers are going to be ok. I too wonder if the Philippines will spend 5 years and millions of dollars on anything other than lumpia. It is good to see your tweets have as much attention to detail as your search warrants.

A search warrant at a suspected illegal residential cannabis grow led to the recovery of 11 ghost firearms and 27 high capacity magazines. This means a source of illegal weaponry was prevented from putting deadly and illegal firearms into our communities. This was achieved (1/2)
@catfaninthevill@FBILouisville@aaronellis01@FBIPittsburgh@owensboropolice What like Felon Sentenced to 91 Months in Federal Prison for Carjacking During 2020 Protests: Damion Lemont Hayes of Louisville has been sentenced to 91 months’ imprisonment for his role in a carjacking during summer protests?
Not your typical hotel stay...
When @LAPDHollywood received a “Shots Fired” call, their investigation led them back to a hotel room—full of drugs, money and a gun.
24/7, 365 days a year, the men & women of the LAPD are here “to protect and to serve” you.
@pinkpopcorngirl@nerd_named_josh@mariann01577685@Knohbuhdy @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro I am not defending the cops, but I am not sure what they did was criminal. As you saw with the settlement, they did something wrong. There is a difference. Regardless, we have to at least understand what the facts are and just not make stuff up (wrong house, asleep, etc.)
@Knohbuhdy@mariann01577685 @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro Yeah, that is the bullshit that has to stop because it leads to distrust. Without trust, when there is a questionable situation you have this. And for the most part, I think the police do a decent job. But if you hire the wrong type of guy/gal, you are going to get these things.
@Knohbuhdy@mariann01577685 @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro Understandable. Some of these are unlawful (like the Floyd case), so I get that. But, if you cannot put yourself in their shoes, that is part of the problem. We all have to relate to everyone involved to see each side. I think that is part of what is wrong with this debate.
@Knohbuhdy@mariann01577685 @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro City can do whatever it wants - some cities have done so too saying they are too dangerous, but legally the U.S. Supreme Court has said they are good. Fault and criminally responsible are two different things. Regardless, the city is going to pay in a civil case.
@Knohbuhdy@mariann01577685 @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro You are switching the argument, no one is saying the BF did anything illegal. This is what makes this fn thing a tragedy. Both sides might have been ok. It is yet to be seen if one or more of the officers fired inappropriately.
@Knohbuhdy@mariann01577685 @somekindapotato @RealJoshPerry@benshapiro Put yourself in their shoes...you enter a house (legally) and you are met with gunfire, you shoot back and kill the wrong person that was next to the shooter. Is that a crime? Just like it was ok for her BF to shoot, can't the police shoot back?
