Today, Nehemiah Attigah, Co-founder and Principal Lead at @odekro joined our fellows to share the Odekro story.
For years, Odekro has been at the forefront of parliamentary monitoring and governance accountability in Ghana, helping citizens track what their representatives are doing and saying.
Nehemiah's session on Building Better and Sustainable Organisations reminded our fellows that lasting impact isn't built on hype. It's built on systems, transparency, and the willingness to do the hard work even when no one is watching.
Welcome, Nehemiah. Thank you for pouring into West Africa's next generation of civic builders. 🙌🏾

In her opening remarks at the #BudgITLaunch26, our Country Manager, Jennifer A. Moffatt @MzMoffatt , reminded participants why this work matters at its core.
She spoke about making the budget more than numbers on paper - something people can actually understand, question, and connect to their everyday lives.
For her, real accountability begins when citizens can see themselves in the decisions being made and feel confident to engage those decisions. She called for deeper public understanding of national priorities and encouraged stronger citizen engagement in shaping how public resources are used.✍️

Carlos Queiroz was testing the strengths of his team in that first half, particularly in defending so no hard feelings.
Verdict:
1. The Coach’s first priority is to not lose, and build from the back with fast transition through the wingers
2. Ati-Zigi is a better option to play from the back
3. Gideon struggles when isolated, needs cover or Baba could be a better option
4. Adjetey and Senaya were impressive
5. Partey is off-pace and needs to improve his fitness and deal with the boos
6. Jordan struggles to press as a lone striker, but can create in that forward line
