@theralkia It seems that Idon't have enough mental and emotional capacity for hate anymore. If anything, I love you mate. Thanks for following me. It really made my day.
@GazerzStar@Kabamur You are not alone. It's strange at times how consuming this urge can get, especially considering how many people in your immediate surroundings are willing to hear about it. None.
There will be no paradise and no hell in the future — only God. For this reason, fear, despair, and offense are pointless; we can only love. But God is not waiting only in the future. He is present in the past and in the now.
Гештальт - это то, что в данный момент для нас важно. Иногда гештальт называют «выступающей фигурой». Любой гештальт стремиться к завершению, то есть к удовлетворению определенной потребности. Закрыть гештальт - сделать себе хорошо.
In borderline states close to death, a sudden surge of aspiration toward God and love can qualitatively transform a person and lead them to an entirely new perception of the world.
New information often reaches us through unpleasant and unexpected situations. The more rigidly we protect ourselves, the more our capacity to adapt to the surrounding world declines.
Being a good person isn’t as easy as telling yourself that you are. The declaration and the deed are not in the same country.
You can spend a lifetime in one and never once set foot in the other.
I’m not a gardener myself. It just seems to be yet another trade-off between pain and growth.
If I’m a tree, my instinct is to trust my Gardener. He probably knew what He was doing when He planted the seed of me.
Sometimes life doesn’t let you branch out.
It’s because you need to grow higher instead.
Does a tree whose branches are being cut off feel the pain of losing them? I don’t know – that may be.
I can only attest to its growth afterwards.
How to get rid of uninvited thoughts?
Safety rule #101: Don’t drag them into your house with you.
Nobody taught us this as kids – so now we have to figure it out ourselves.
First step: pay attention.
No blind trust, no total suspicion. No extremes.
Thoughts often come from outside, and they’re not always ours. Emotions are just their aftermath.
They are not always external saboteurs trying to destabilize you from within.
Though that happens too.
A simpler way: ask yourself, “Whose voice is this? Mine… or some old one I swallowed whole a long time ago without questioning it?”
Then – just be quiet. Even for a few moments.
That’s a start.
