My booking status is pending since yesterday night. I need to travel to Mumbai at any cost on Sunday. So, either confirm the booking or cancel it so that I can book a new one.

I have court proceedings in Bombay High Court on Monday and I have to attend it at any cost. Currently, I’m not able to cancel the ticket too because of your rubbish rule. It has been more than 8 hours since I booked my ticket. Talked to your customer care executive but of no help.

@AkasaAir kindly look into it, if PNR could be allocated from your side. It’s frustrating. Need your support at priority. I trust your good customer support.
