Once again, @airindia proves they have the absolute worst customer support. I booked an international flight for my mom on Aug 10 for Sep 30, under a fare that clearly advertised "One Free Date Change." Now, they are refusing to honor it. 🧵 1/5

@DGCAIndia - How is @airindia allowed to blatantly falsely advertise, bait customers with fake benefits, and get away with refusing to fulfill them once the ticket is booked? Passengers shouldn't have to pay for an airline's deceptive practices. 5/5

Anyone can read the terms: it simply says to book before Oct 15. There is absolutely NO mention of an Aug 31 deadline. Even after I provided all the evidence from their own website, they flat-out denied the benefit. booking screen and offer attached. 4/5

@GoogleTravel @Google Some date format goof-up going on here. I had booked a flight on 9th Jan (09/01). Google Travel is showing me this flight in my upcoming travel on 1st September (01/09). It's clearly due to date format issue. (MM/DD/YY) vs (DD/MM/YY). Thought to let you know

@AmazonHelp @PrimeVideoIN Can't watch a prime video title because you can't fix your buggy app. Never faced this kind errors on Netflix. Doesn't work on browser either.
Their support redirects to FAQs and that's it. It's a paid service Amazon remember that.

@AmazonHelp Seriously, that is your response. The issue is very much there, No it is not working fine. Clearing cache does not fix the issue. Issue is in your android app. Here is a video proof i just recorded. (Grand Tour)

@primevideosport There is a bug in your app, Every time I play a video, even though audio is selected to normal English, it speaks out the description of the scene as if I had chosen English with Description. Please fix it very annoying. Problem goes away once I re-select English

Netflix reduced the price of basic plan by 300Rs and Standard plan by 150 Rs. Earlier it used to cost additional 150Rs. to upgrade to Standard Netflix plan which is now increased to 300rs. Now I don't see any point in buying 1499 Jio fiber plan. Better get the Netflix separately.

While @NetflixIndia decided to reduced their prices significantly, @JioCare decided to go other way. Not only they did not reduce the price of their 1499 Rs. jio fiber plan which includes basic plan of Netflix but also now it costs additional 300 rs. to upgrade the plan to std.

@GoFirstairways I should be able to add and manage my flight bookings in your app which I did not book through your app. This is basic feature. @IndiGo6E has it sorted out.
