Tarun, I strongly believe that this money should have gone towards public transport which benefits everyone. Country needs clean and scalable public transport :( this could have been allocated to subsidise green buses may be instead of promoting personal ownership. I think personal ownership is a short term solution. 10900 crores for public transport would have been kick ass :)
