Sir 1st of all Superb approach I'ld want to suggest if subject shld have 2 books 1st as Supplimentary Book (SB) and 2nd Main Book(MB). Main is with core concepts n supplimentary is for examples, illustrations,web links.
Exam will b based upon main book.

SB is to create interest in students. Specially subjects like Maths, English, science. Students just to carry MB. Exam is based upon MB.
S.B. is fr home.
Also videos on concepts shld b made available to govt. Education site. Special site is to be created.
