Please clarify the undue delay @thandla road station. Train is late by more than six hours. AC is not running. Children are crying. Coaches are suffocating. Clearify the scene and explain the forward plan.

@drmprayagrajnc Kindly look seriously into the service department accountability and seriousness. As train 04105 housekeeping was not done till 18:10. Housekeeping lastly done by coach attendent after nearly 20 hrs. Also B2 AC coach AC trips due to some reason. Educate the staff.

@JioMart_Support I have done confirmation from my end, better you get it done and solve the problem. I have sufficiently made attempts to know the status of transaction mentioned by you, but bank denied for any such details done from JioMart. Fix the problem at the earliest.

@JioMart_Support I have replied back in DM, that transaction with mentioned ARN no. Is not recorded at bank end. Bank asked to contact jio mart. I have recordings of it.
