@DaikinIndia Unless this matter is handled appropriately, I will have serious reservations about purchasing any Daikin product in the future and recommending Daikin to my family, friends, and acquaintances.

@DaikinIndia I am extremely disappointed with the service and response I have received from Daikin regarding my AC complaint.(Ticket No.53322296).After repeated follow-ups, two service personnel finally visited my home and inspected the AC.

Why is no warranty being offered on the replacement cooling coil?
Why was I asked to pay the ₹590 visiting charge to a personal account?
Why was no official receipt/invoice provided for this payment?

@DaikinIndia The service personnel asked me to make the payment to his personal bank account, and when I requested a proper payment receipt/invoice, they refused to provide one. I have attached the payment details for your reference.

@DaikinIndia Customers purchase a reputed brand like Daikin expecting quality products, reliable service, and reasonable accountability.

There is another serious concern regarding the ₹590 visiting charge.

@DaikinIndia This raises a serious concern for me: if Daikin does not provide any warranty on its own replacement parts, what assurance does a customer have regarding the quality and reliability of those parts?

@DaikinIndia I also specifically asked about the warranty on the replacement cooling coil. I was clearly told that Daikin would not provide any warranty on the spare part.

@DaikinIndia When I asked about the solution, I was informed that the cooling coil would need to be replaced at a cost of ₹8,800, along with approximately ₹2,400 for gas refilling.

@DaikinIndia They informed me that the cooling coil is leaking. When I asked how a cooling coil could develop a leak within just four years of normal use, the service person simply stated that he did not know the reason.
