My bed was delivered on 12 June, but installation is scheduled for 17 June. A 5-day wait after delivery causes unnecessary inconvenience and is not the experience I expected.
Please help expedite the installation.
Ordered a birthday cake through @SwiggyCares@Swiggy The cake arrived significantly damaged and the birthday surprise was spoiled. I shared photos through support and received only a ₹100 refund on a ₹500 order. The issue isn't the money as much as the ruined occasion.

Update: Samsung Experts promised a senior callback within 30 minutes at 1:34 PM, but no one called. Still no delivery, no callback, and no clear resolution. This is extremely disappointing. @SamsungIndia
Samsung delivery has been a disaster. First promised Monday, then today, now tomorrow. In this extreme summer heat, delaying a fridge without accountability is insensitive and unprofessional. Stop giving delivery dates you clearly cannot honor.

Still no response from @SamsungIndia even after repeated delivery delays and public complaints. Customers are left suffering in this heat while your team keeps changing delivery dates without accountability. This level of service is unacceptable for a brand claiming to be premium
@JioCare Very bad experience. Agent took ₹1000 (official) + ₹200 cash claiming registration for jiofiber. Install never done. Later said not feasible. Asked OTP for "cancel" but SMS showed voucher redemption to agent. Cut call when questioned. This is fraud. Please investigate

Its almost 20 days and my valuable items still not reached to me and your vendor is openely saying to do whatever I want to do but he not going to deliver my order.

@porterit_ Such a bad experience is going on with your services. I booked an inter transport from your app at least 12 days back and scheduled it for today at 7 AM, just to hear that your vendor is not coming to pick up my goods and I don't know whether my good will be pckd up
