@ZanduCare Making a customer wait 24 days without delivery or communication is beyond negligence. A reputed brand must take accountability & ensure fair compensation.

Ordered from Zandu on 24 Jul. Tracking shows it reached my city on 13 Aug, but today is 17 Aug & still NOT delivered.
No updates, no accountability.
@ZanduCare is this how you treat customers?
Is this how a trusted brand treats its customers?

@ZanduCare Waiting 24 days for a simple order is beyond unacceptable. A trusted brand like Zandu must ensure reliable delivery — not leave customers chasing updates.

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

@ZanduCare Brands earn loyalty through service, not just products. Sadly, Zandu’s service experience has been a complete failure in this case.

⚠️ Honest Advice: NEVER BUY Kent products.
❌ Worst after-sales service
❌ No accountability
❌ No customer respect
@KentROSystems — you’ve lost a customer forever.

Bought a #Kent Hand Blender 450W in Nov 2024. Used just 4-5 times — it STOPPED WORKING.
Raised a warranty request a month ago. Still no replacement.
Pathetic service. 😡
@KentROSystems assigned a 3rd-party vendor — zero response, zero resolution. #KentFail

Been following up DAILY. Still no action. Just false promises and silence.
Is this what “customer care” means to @KentROSystems?
Warranty seems like a joke. 👎
Totally disappointed. #KentIndia #WorstService #CustomerSuffering

@Tataev @tata_cars @Tataev @SafetyFirst Highlighting a major issue with Tata Tiago EV: 'HV Critical Alert' causes the car to stop responding in the middle of the road—no brakes, no control. This is a serious safety risk that could lead to accidents. Tata Motors, please address this urgently!

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

@Tataev @tata_cars I own a Tata Tiago EV, and after just 1.5 years of usage, I encountered an issue where the car displayed a 'HV Critical Alert.' I initially managed the problem by waiting for 5-10 minutes after the error occurred and then continuing to drive.

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

Once the Tata fixes the HV problem in my Car, what would be the guarantee that same issue will not happen again. Because this error came suddenly in the middle of the road, and everything stopped working, speed dropped, this could lead to an accident.I can't trust on Tata EV

@ice_z3us I have the ICE app installed long time back and was having more than 2k Ice coins. It was supposed to give more information in Oct, 2024. But till now there are no details, no movement after that.

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

As a daily user of my vehicle, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am now worried about what might happen once the warranty expires. Given these issues in such a short time with no apparent reason, I cannot recommend the Tata EV to others.

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

After facing this issue five times, I took the car to the service center. It has now been four days, and the service team has been unable to diagnose the root cause. They seem to be relying on a trial-and-error approach, which has left me feeling helpless and frustrated.

[Atul Kumar @atulruchi]

@bajaj_chetak I am trying to get 3501 details, but your website is down from few days, getting error as "Gateway Timeout".
