All over the south-west region, most especially in Ondo State, the issue of “house agents” as many had plaque it, overly price-tagging houses, charging closely to what the house owner has stipulated in respect to annual rent, has now become a thing of concern for inhabitants, that is, the ridiculous amounts these set of thieves, robbers that called themselves “property managers” demand from potential clients is MAKING LIFE UNBEARABLE FOR the dear people of Ondo State.

Here is one unscrupulous agent demanding for 550k(Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) as extras on the property listed for 800k annual rent. Be aware that he will coin out different conditions such as Caution Fee, Legal, Agent and every other excuses they use to make sure they hike the total package in a bid to maximize their profit.

If Ondo state government @OndoStateOnline intend to overlook this crisis and ignore her people’s hardship, pain and yearnings, then it might just be mind boggling that the government is not working for the state and its people.
