sanctions can kill people, unilateral sanctions can cut off access to medicine and stop them from importing life saving drugs, this is happening in cuba

except this study shows socialist countries are better at infant mortality, life expectancy, daily per capita calorie supply, population per doctor and nurse, literacy rate, education enrolment and overall quality of life
