Netflix is cooking up a live-action Dungeons & Dragons TV show based on the tabletop RPG’s gothic-horror campaign, Ravenloft, and its vampire villain, Darklord Strahd von Zarovich. https://t.co/e6KfmLphh3
Do you remember that fic trope that was really popular in January where Will would be living with his bf and he’d have a nightmare but Mike was the only one capable of calming him down and it would make the bf really jealous? That was peak literature
[pt 2.]
mike thinks that it's a little dumb that the whole party keeps asking will about his rating scale.
dustin will toss out a, "1 to 10?" while he nods at some stranger crossing the street.
will will shake his head. "by looks? 4? maybe?"
everyone will nod and move on. +
Extremely hot take:
I love Eddie, but his whole story should've been Jonathan instead. Imagine seeing the whole group defend him against the entire town. Bro runs into Crissy taking pictures in the woods or something. He's already seen as "weird" from high school.
It would naturally solve the beef with Steve too. Steve would have an arc, from bullying him to defending him against everyone. Then (don't hate me) Steve dies instead of Eddie.
Character death with real weight to it after a full arc with development. Dustin still becomes depressed, leading us into a season 5 where him distancing himself from everyone actually makes sense.
