One week ago, Auctra existed only in my head.
Today:
✅ Homepage completed ✅ Mobile UI completed ✅ Desktop UI completed ✅ Core vision becoming clearer
I've also learned something:
Building a startup isn't just about coding.
It's about learning design, marketing, product thinking, communication, and solving problems you've never faced before.
Still far from the finish line.
But I'm further than I was 7 days ago.

Today I spent more time refining the vision than adding new features.

One lesson I'm learning: building a startup isn't about cramming in more features—it's about solving a real problem well.

Auctra's goal remains simple:
