🟢The inequity of the green transition, which burdens communities in mining areas and leaves Small Island Developing States behind.
🟢The geopolitical obstacle of U.S. pressure on smaller states with little bargaining power, and the need for coalitions to counter it.
🟢The need to reframe climate action to overcome pushback from anti-climate actors and ensure better integration with other pressing priorities like development and security.
