Dealing with the symptoms of trauma for decades fits the very definition of complex trauma: it's inescapable; it happens over time; it's entwined w/ all our important relationships.
In other words: coping w/ trauma is its OWN, separate complex trauma.
you should basically never start working until 10:30am. you should also start wrapping things up for the day around 3pm. and we mustn’t forget about the traditional hour lunch.
my biggest pet peeve is when people bash themselves during their awkward adolescent phase. I thought everyone was on the same page about the unspoken free pass we get for those years…
some creep at the gym was blatantly filming me and when I looked directly at the camera I just got a blank stare and continued to be filmed. lol so that’s cool
there’s nothing more annoying than someone not doing what they said they’d do and then giving you a bunch of excuses as to why they didn’t keep their word. i don’t care 😭
