@MyFedLoan we are having a lot of issues with payments not being qualified for an organization that is 100 percent qualified (federal government) how should we proceed?

@joemilone @usedgov @MyFedLoan It’s been so frustrating because it seems like nobody has answer. And she works for the Federal government of all places! Shouldn’t be this hard!
