Testing something new for the next #AudioSwift update. Playing full chords from the MacBook’s trackpad with only one finger and XY modulation. Sending CC1 vertically for pulsation FX, CC2 horizontally for phasing rate, and Pressure for brightness via the trackpad’s Force Touch.

The synth would play all 48 semitones. Now the trackpad will only send the range of MIDI values for the semitones wanted. Work in progress… 🧑🏻‍💻

For Trigger Mode - MPE, I added a new setting to define the Pitch Bend range. Previously, the trackpad was sending all the Pitch Bend MIDI values from 0 to 16383. With some synths, you could just adjust the semitones in their panel, but with others you couldn’t do that. (Cont..)

This is how the Console and Trackpad windows look like with a chord sets loaded. The green pads are the main chord sets or progressions, and the rest of pads are chord options to choose from in the key of the progression, with their voicings adjusted.
