@phaetalblow they’re so good thoughhh i’ve been using them as an alternative to rice! u just have to eat them in moderation because too much can block ur digestive tract :(

@phaetalblow you can’t in the sense that it can’t be converted into energy that humans can use, they kinda just take their sweet ass time to move thru ur system but u do end up pooping them out (though they are still in tact)
